Care & Maintenance
Avoid leaving the cutlery unwashed or leaving it to soak for a longer period as this may result in oxidation (rust spots).
To maintain the bright finish and to avoid oxidation caused by steam and salt in the dishwasher, hand washing is strongly recommended.
If a dishwasher is used always rinse cutlery before using and avoid washing with other iron products as this will cause iron particles to be released which can cause oxidation on your cutlery. Always remove the cutlery from the dishwasher immediately after the cycle has finished as the steam and salt will encourage oxidation.
Please ensure that cutlery is thoroughly dried before storing. In this way oxidation will be minimised.
Avoid highly chlorinated or ferruginous water as this may cause oxidation. Limit the cutlery's contact with acidic foods as it may damage and stain the surface.
If rust spots occur these can be carefully removed using Georg Jensen's steel polish with a soft cloth. Please note that steel polish may have an abrasive effect, especially on surfaces with a mirror finish. When polishing steel with a hairline finish please always remember to polish with the grain of the steel.

Standard Delivery
We offer Standard Delivery across the UK via Royal Mail. Standard Delivery is FREE for orders with a goods value of over £75. For orders with a goods value of less than £75 we charge a flat fee of £4.95.
Standard Delivery means that our aim is that for all orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) we will despatch on the same day with your order delivered within the next 2 to 5 working days. (Subject to external factors such as severe weather).
Express Delivery
We offer Express Delivery within mainland UK via DPD. Delivery is £7.95 and orders must be received before 2pm.

Lead Time Delivery
Lead Time Delivery applies to items that are available for sale, but are not held in our warehouse and cannot be immediately despatched.
An estimated delivery lead-time is quoted on the product page, and will also be confirmed by email shortly after an order is placed.
In most instances, lead-time items will be delivered by Royal Mail. In the instance of larger / furniture items, the delivery may be carried out by a White-Glove Courier.
