Coronavirus Update from Dotmaison

At the moment we are continuing to ship as normal. Our couriers have implemented measures for parcel handling and delivery to keep their staff and you, our customers, safe. The situation is being reviewed daily and whilst at the moment we do not anticipate delays to the delivery targets, if your parcel is delayed we ask you to bear with us, our couriers will get your parcel to you just as soon as possible. If you have any queries please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

During these difficult times we wanted to assure you that we are working hard to ensure that we can continue to operate as normal. We have implemented strict safety measures in our warehouse and despatch area to ensure that our staff remain safe at work and to ensure that your chosen products will be delivered safely.

Can I still order from your website?

Yes!  We are currently accepting orders for UK delivery as normal. International delivery services may face a delay, however we are still accepting international orders as normal. This may change over the coming days as the situation unfolds.

We recommend requesting delivery to addresses that you know will be accessible and where somebody will be available to receive the parcel, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses that may have restricted access.

Can I safely receive delivery of my parcel?

Yes! Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. This follows the highly publicised guidance from PHE

Our couriers, Royal Mail and DPD, have implemented a number of measures in response to COVID-19 to ensure that both drivers and customers are protected.

What if I don't want to sign for my parcel?

All of our delivery options are tracked & signed for services, both Royal Mail & DPD have changed their delivery procedures so that, instead of asking you to sign the handheld unit, they will sign for you by asking for the name of the person signing. Both Royal Mail and DPD are now practising contact free delivery as standard and both services also offer 'leave in a safe place' options if you are self-isolating or do not wish to see the delivery driver.

Thank you for your continued custom, you can count on us to work hard as always to maintain as normal a service as possible. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
