The Danish company OYOY Living Design offers an excellent range of innovative creations in home accessories for adults, children and families.
Providing a playful and energetic response to the needs of daily home life, the creative series of products from the company are versatile, pragmatic and always beautifully made.
Founded in 2012 by Danish designer Lotte Fynboe, OYOY Living Design has successfully integrated ideas of traditional design and childhood memories into unique functional form and structure.
The name OYOY is taken from the letters OY, which have been signed on all Danish airplanes ever since 1929. This sense of Danish heritage wherever the designs travel to is significant, as there is a strong identity associates with there beautiful products.
The above (and cover image) OYOY Rainbow Rattan Mini Chair is a lovely example of what the company does so well.
Perfect for little ones and their toys, the chair offers a distinctive look of timeless childhood wonder. Made from wonderfully curved and strengthened rattan bamboo wood, the splinter-free material is seamlessly fashioned into a memorable chair.
