The above Alessi Valerio Lemon-Squeezer/Pestle is a beautifully modern utensil for making short work of extracting the juice from lemons. Designed by Guido Venturini with a real emphasis on innovation, the item provides sleek ergonomic lines that make the piece easy to use and elegantly defined.

Lightweight and secure to handle, the item is simple to store when not in use thanks to the wight in the body that keeps it upright when positioned on a flat surface. A perfect tool for creating drinks, sauces, marinades and lots of other recipes, the squeezer and pestle is a valuable tool to have in the kitchen.

  

A new Alessi product ideal for setting the breakfast table is the Roost Double Egg Cup. Composed of two divided parts that can be pushed together to form a whole, the intricate design provides space for 1 or 2 eggs are varying sizes. The shiny aluminium brings  a clean and shiny look to a cooked egg breakfast.

  

A perfect scoop of ice cream is delivered every time with the wonderfully made Koki Ice Cream Spoon. Designed for Alessi by Valerio Sommella, the sleekly curved spoon is fashioned out of stainless steel and is a stylish and practical item for gelato loving kitchens.

  

Another everyday activity given the Alessi treatment of stylish beauty is testing the pasta when cooking on the hob. Designer Miriam Mirri has styled the intricately made Vabene Pasta Tester that is ideal fro draining the water from the pasta prior to testing the consistency. If everything is tasty  it can then be used to transfer over to dishes and plates.

  

The MG35 Tea Infuser is designed by Michael Graves for Alessi to provide the optimum way to brew tea from tea leaves. Inspired by the wings of a bird, the infuser opens and closes securely offering an ideal method of making tea. The ideal option for any lover of tea, style and innovative design.
